01 Ticket Delivery
Shree MD Travels is an online ticketing platform. We do not provide physical shipment of tickets to your address.
Upon successful payment confirmation, an Electronic Ticket (e-ticket) will be generated instantly. The e-ticket details will be delivered to the email address and mobile number (via SMS/WhatsApp) provided during the booking process.
02 Boarding Process
To board the bus, you do not need physical shipping of the ticket. You are required to present:
- The e-ticket on your smartphone (Email/SMS).
03 Delivery Issues & Support
If you have made a successful payment but have not received your e-ticket within 10 minutes via Email or SMS, please do not panic.
You can instantly download your e-ticket right after your payment is successfully completed. Additionally, you can securely access and download all your tickets at any time from the "Tickets & Invoices" section of your user dashboard. Alternatively, you may contact our 24/7 customer support via the Contact Us page for manual dispatch of your ticket details.
